    I am trying to change my daughters region for her microsoft account (this account) but the option is greyed out.

    Her region is currently US, im not sure why, as i never set it / changed it to this. On her Xbox it says UK as well.

    After googling, it said that i may be unable to change it if there is an outstanding balance (there is not) or if it has been changed within the last 3 months (it hasn't).

    So im a bit lost! Any suggestions?

    Hi! My name is Ben an Independent Advisor and an Xbox gamer. Hope you are doing well!

    With regards to this issue, can you try using a different browser to change the region of her account? Then visit https://account.xbox.com/en-gb/Settings/Home and click on "change Xbox 360 account region" Select next then choose the country where you want to migrate it to proceed.

    If the same issue persist please let us know so we can try to assist you further.

    I have accidentally bought Minecraft Windows version to my account instead of my daughters one. She can play with my login however I am not able to limit her with Microsoft Family account... Is it possible to transfer the license to her account?
    No nothing is transferable between accounts.

    Similar to this issue, when I signed up for the gold subscription xbox was logged into my daughter's avatar. How do I change the avatar associated with my xbox gold account. Right now when I log in, it shows that I am my daughter, how do I change it so
    it shows as me? I don't want sign in as my daughter all the time and I don't want to take over her avatar since she has history saved under her avatar.

    Thankyou for the reply ArminitorX Heres where i am at now (sorry if i sound stupid with all this). Basically ive managed to get into my daughters account and change her password so i can always get in there now, good news lol. The bad news now is that
    when setting up her xbox account i must’ve used a different email address (@yahoo) to try to add her to the family. Ive managed to send her another invite my xbox to join family but that address is @outlook. So when i sign into daughters account the invite
    is there (pending) but when i click on it it says she has to leave the family she is currently at before joining my invite 🤦��‍♂️ I cant find that option anywhere on her account so i suppose my question now is ‘how can i get her account to leave the family
    she is apparently currently in?’ Thankyou once again 🙏 is in
