Go to https://account.microsoft.com and log in with the account that has the issue.

Select Payment & Billing

Select Address Book

Select Add a new address.

Enter the address fill in all fields and add the entire 9-digit zip code

To find your entire 9-digit zip code, go to the USPS website and use the zip code lookup tool.

Select Find by address

Enter all required information and click on Find

Your entire 9-digit zip code will be displayed in this format 12345-6789

When your address is complete, check the box that says Set as your preferred billing and shipping address, and then click Save.

Now that you have set this address as your default billing and shipping address, you can try your purchase again.

1. Check if the card was redeemed to the correct account.
2. Check if the V-Bucks are available on the account that redeemed the card.
3. Check if the V-Bucks are available on other platforms such as PC or mobile.

Hi, thanks for all the suggested answers, I tried most of the options I could do without phoning support yet.

The problem with my billing address is my ZIP, for some reason whenever I add a credit card it adds an extra character to the front (the first character of my zip is 'G' ) so it adds an extra g at the begining of the zip code to look like 'GG....' and obviously
the address is therefore wrong.

I tried adding a completely different credit card, this time, the credit card was added but the ZIP is the same as my other card, when I put that zip in, it also added an extra 'G' before the ZIP upon adding. I guess it's taking the billing address from
somewhere else such as my profile, and in there I can't seem to update it. I will try phoning support if it persists.
