Upgrade cod ghosts version 360 to xbox one.

I have buy a cod ghosts hardened edition to xbox 360 (phisical version on Media Markt - Portugal), but now i buy in spain a xbox one and i want know how i can upgrade mi game to play in xbox one.

Trouble with NTFS/PAL

I bought a xbox 360 in Canada. Now I'm living in Spain. I Know i can't buy games in Spain because of region (PAL) soooo I decided buy them in MArketplace. When I tried buy and download some game...A message come! Region problem!! eeeeyy This is internet!!!
I can download stuff from anywhere!! I asked to xbox 360 support and the only solution.... Buy another xbox 360! That is not a solution, is a JOKE!!!!! And YES I will buy another console, and believe me, It won't be from microsoft

Of course, I always go to the website from Xbox Spain to try to buy / download the game.

My console was bought in Spain, like i said, in the past i could buy 360 games, but for a few weeks ago I can’t do it anymore.

And yes, There’s Xbox Live here in Spain.

I plan to remain in Spain but with Xbox One coming out soon I don´t want to buy a new console to be honest.

I just had one question about the games:

Games like FIFA 14 and NBA 2K14 are region-locked. To play on my American xbox here in Europe would I need to buy the European version fo the game (PAL) or the US version (NSTC)?
