    Never had this issue before.

    Trying to load fortnite. Asks for a parental email to allow certain features. Wont recpgnose.any email account including the 1 linked to my sons x box.

    Tried 2 others but wont allow it.

    He has created an epic games account aswell to no avail.

    Any help appreciated.

    After hours of overthinking, and rereading I think I realized whats going on. Did he sign up for fortenight with your email, and enter his age? If he is under like 13 or something this is an automatic requirement. (and not a bad idea honestly) voice chat in some of these games could make a sailor blush.

    Anyway, your supposed to create a parent account, that is over 18 obviously. Then go link it and set your parental preferences however you please.

    NOTE: It's probably against the terms of service for the kid to just make parent account and lie about his age.

    Please confirm whether this was the issue.

    No parental permissions on xbox. It appears fortnite doesnt like my email. Have tried 2 0thers to no avail

    Is this a problem with permissions inside the game or with parental permissions on the Xbox?

    No mate. He ised my email (his dads) which is the same.one as his xbox microsoft account. Its allows me.to input imto the field but just says invalid email.

    Assuming its the epic games parent account and not the xbox parent account. If he could log into his epic games account (on a web browser) and find the actual email address that its asking for....

    I don't have an account so I cant go do a test run, but thats the path I would start taking.

    Did he write in a random email that doesn't exist?
