Hello I got my account suspended and cannot use any communication chats or party chats because I’m suspended. I cannot login to see how long my suspension is. Is there anyway to look into my account and advise me how long my suspension is for?

It's most likely not a permanent ban. There's been an issue with enforcement the past few days that is showing everyone who has received a suspension that they are permanently banned, but the enforcement site is not showing current suspensions or the ability to submit a case review. You can try contacting regular support and they can look into how long you're actually suspended, but they won't have any information regarding the suspension itself and they don't have the ability to lift the suspension .
