Hi there,

Only an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement action they issue. If you haven't done you, you can submit a case review, if qualified, at https://enforcement.xbox.com/.

To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com

It does take time for the enforcement team to investigate complaints so the suspension could be for something that took place days or weeks before it was issued.

They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.
