I am suspended even though there's no active suspension showing up on enforcement website.

They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

Have the same problem got suspended for God knows what, I've only hunted invaders in Elden Ring but got suspended with no active suspension popping up on the website. I have no time limit or reason for the suspension as it doesn't even show up when I try to send a message it just says I'm suspended.

Even if you were able to get ahold of someone over the phone they would not be able to help you.

The ONLY people that handle enforcement actions is the enforcement team.

The ONLY way to contact them is through their website enforcement.xbox.com and the case review process.

When you sign in there with the suspended account there will be an orange hammer on the main page that you can click on and it will bring up a page that shows the enforcement history for the account. Next to the active enforcement action their should be
a choice to apply for a review.

It will then ask yo a series of questions about the code of conduct which you will need to get ALL of them correct. (the answers can either be found on the enforcement teams website or in the code of conduct itself)

You will then have the oppurtunity to appeal the suspension.

The enforcement team will then reinvestigate the report that got your wife suspended and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

If you are nice enough about it in your appeal they may give you details on what caused the suspension.

They WILL not tell you who did the reporting though.

All suspensions are handled by the enforcement team.

The enforcement team does not use these Public forums.

Is it the xbox console that got suspended or is it your xbox account that got suspended.

To tell the difference with a console suspension no profile on that console can use the service.

Where a profile suspension only affects that particular profile.

A profile suspension you can sign in at the enforcement teams website and it will click on the orange hammer there on the main page and it will give you information on any suspension that has been placed on that account whether its a current one or any past
suspensions and their website is:

Enforcement.xbox.com

Suspensions are lifted at the same time of day that they were enforced. So even though it lifts today, if they suspended you at 11:45pm, your suspension wont' lift until then.
