    I have been playing Oblivion without any problems on my Xbox Series S for months and months, but now it shows me a "getting your xbox 360 info" screen with a loading bar that doesn't load. The game does start, but then I can't save my progress and it doesn't recognize a profile anywhere.

    I have tried restarting, the factory reset, and trying to use my personal cellular hotspot. It is still not working. Is this a hardware issue?

    Please try the steps below to sort out the issue. Let me know if it works.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Settings.

    Select System and then select Storage.

    Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.

    Select Yes and restart the console.

    Once it is back on, try playing the Xbox 360 game.

    I have an Xbox Series X and an Xbox One S. I have restarted both consoles multiple times. I cannot even download the game on my One S. On the Series X, I was able to download "something" by clicking on the tile in my games inventory, but the result is only 74GB instead of the 96GB shown in the MS store.

    How do I get help with this? I am unable to play the game on the Series X (I get an error that I am too early, even though I purchased the Ultimate Edition), and I am unable to download anything on the Xbox One S.

    Can anyone help?

    Yes, absolutely. You can also play BC 360 games with users who are still playing on Xbox 360.

    All Xbox One games (but not kinect games) will work on on Xbox Series X/S and you can play these games with others even if they haven't yet bought the latest console.
