    I am still getting the 'account issue' emails, but account info is fine.


    Even after checking my account multiple times, I still get the 'account issue' emails and have yet to even see any rewards deposited since joining. I get messages that I've earned rewards.....but they can't be added due to account issues. I'm not sure
    what those issues are as everything looks correct :-/ I've never even changed my gamertag after all these years, so I'm all kinds of confused!

    How can I sell my xbox one account safely?

    I have it linked to my main email, which also is linked to my bank account and other important stuff. I will be changing the email for the non-xbox related stuff, but can that some how still cause problems? Or would it be easier to just change my xbox accounts email to something separate so it isn't also connected to my important stuff.

    I am planning on selling my xbox one, with everything including the account since I have no use for it anymore. I am selling it though offerup, or those meet up apps. I'm just a bit worried they might have access to something like my credit card somehow, or my cousins account since I am able to log into his account through the console.

    Dont sell your account. Factory reset and thats it.

    I am guessing you want to include games that are digital tied to the account so you could get a better price, but I wouldnt risk it if that main email was connected to bank accounts etc. I just wouldnt risk it.

    Your account information is most likely fine. After investigating your deposit logs, we have found that you are experiencing a known internal issue with the data stored for your account, which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly
    determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. To put it simply, our deposit is not receiving directions to the billable account you have selected as your account of choice for any deposits. This
    is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to
    update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I am having the same issue.

    Logged into the new Xbox with my email + password, which went through fine. But it created a new user account instead of showing my old account. This is preventing me from connecting my Xbox account to my Ubisoft account since it goes by the username and not the email.

    It's not a location issue, it's an account issue. The account is linked with the same email as the new account. I am on PC and the account is technically sliced in 2.
