I am still getting the 'account issue' emails, but account info is fine.

Your account information is most likely fine. After investigating your deposit logs, we have found that you are experiencing a known internal issue with the data stored for your account, which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly
determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. To put it simply, our deposit is not receiving directions to the billable account you have selected as your account of choice for any deposits. This
is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to

I am having the issue but with my EA account. My account got hacked and i changed my xbox profiles account email. But being that I can't get into my EA account I cant give them the proper info to unlink it and it is stressful. If anyone knows how to solve this please let me know.

I am having the same issue.

Logged into the new Xbox with my email + password, which went through fine. But it created a new user account instead of showing my old account. This is preventing me from connecting my Xbox account to my Ubisoft account since it goes by the username and not the email.

How do I get my original username back?

It's not a location issue, it's an account issue. The account is linked with the same email as the new account. I am on PC and the account is technically sliced in 2. It is linked with the email of the current account I am using here. Please ask if there is anything else you need for me to get the game back.
