    Hi guys,

    Hope all is well.

    I am still being charged 16 AUD bucks a month for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate but the subscription is not listed on my Microsoft account so i cannot physically cancel it! Very frustrating.

    I assume it the correct account as it is the same email address to which i receive the very annoying renewal notifications!

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    We truly understand the frustration you are feeling right now regarding with the renewal that you got charged with for the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription in which you wanted to cancel with however, for some reason the subscription is not showing on your Microsoft account. Just to set proper expectations, billing concern is best to be discussed with the live support or with your bank.

    Based on the description you provided, it could be that the subscription is associated with an account owns by one of your family member or child could have added your payment to their account and was charge with this amount. To verify this transaction, please reach out to our live support team, please following the steps below:

    1. Kindly open this link: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page that matches your country/region which you currently located.

    3. If not. please select the country region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.

    4. Make sure to use the check the available contact times of the support.

    5. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

    6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

    7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. I understand how frustrating it can be to be charged for a subscription that you have already cancelled.

    They have learned from their mistakes! They realized they could milk even more money from us by charging a monthly fee for being "elite"! Lol. It's only a matter of time before Bobby Kotick starts charging for ALL online play. They could lose half of all
    current C.O.D. players and still make more money with a subscription fee.
