    I am still banned from communicating on Xbox live


    I have been banned from communicating since September 27th. I have been checking my enforcement history but it's not showing me the date that I'm no longer banned. I don't know if mabye I'm permanently banned cause on the same day I made a complaint on Instagram
    and I tagged micro soft. A day later I'm banned from playing online. But ive been unbanned from online for a while now, but I still can't send messages or join parties. I have been banned before but it was never this long. I have been looking for reasons online
    but they're but are no results no for the type of issues im experincing right now, and microsoft support either. So if anyone knows please tell me.

    I got suspended from communicating with other on xbox live a week ago. And it said it will be lifted on 2/24/2015. It's that day and I am still banned.......

    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     so an enforcement agent can look into it.

    Okay, you'll still need to go to the enforcement site. Even though your friend may have reported you for no reason, the enforcement team found that you did something to violate the code of conduct.
