Discus and support I am so angry with microsoft that i cant explain i created 2 outlook mail each got locked... in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; i dont know whats wrong ?! when i tried to log in with game service ( minecraft launcher ) my account gets locked . each game will cost me 40 $ now...     I am so angry with microsoft that i cant explain i created 2 outlook mail each got locked...


    i dont know whats wrong ?! when i tried to log in with game service ( minecraft launcher ) my account gets locked .

    each game will cost me 40 $ now im not sure if i want to buy it or not the poor service annoy me so much . after it says your account been locked it says to add phone number guess what adding phone number doest work it says that method doesnt work .. its a pain dude it cost me 4 hours to create each mail cuz not every browser support it
    and removing account from my pc after getting locked is another pain .. i dont know why adding my phone doesnt work if my country doesnt support ur policy stop selling stuff in my county ! adding number is not possible yet you have to add number to recover mails . and why the hell im getting locked just for join their own service ?!

    Transfer gamertag to new email

    Can you clarify a bit. When I try to change the email address to the new outlook one on my xbox it won't allow it bc Microsoft automatically gave that email a gamertag when I opened it. When I change the primary email for the outlook email in the settings

In short it makes me create a new email address, but I want to use the outlook one I've already made and wouldn't I need

    Xbox 360 offline accounts to be associated with Microsoft emails/accounts!

    SOLUTION

    Just found the easiest way to solve this.

    - I created 2 new Microsoft emails (outlook or hotmail) for my sons and i stated that they are adults so to save all the difficulties with Parental Control.

    - then went to XBOX360 and created a live account and gamertag for each one linking it with the above created emails

    - i visited xbox.com and changed carefully the gamertag name for each one

    - i added the 2 new profiles to my new xbox series s

    - i sent a family invitation to each of the new emails to be added to my Microsoft Family

    I have again all accounts at my new xbox signed in and live...

    I don't think I explained myself very well in my last post. I am actually suggesting that my son keeps the Microsoft account and the Xbox live subscription, gamer points etc. What if he adds a new email address to this account, then makes it the primary
    email, then removes the original email address (mine). Is this possible?
    Yes you can do that. You can only add an email that is not Outlook, Hotmail nor Live mail.

    You can do this and make a new microsoft account with that email if the email is not Outlook, Hotmail nor Live mail. Otherwise you will need to create a new email and new microsoft account.
