i am receiving a message telling me about, deposits can not be done because of update

Sometimes it takes awhile for the system to update. If you did not receive an error message when entering the codes I would expect that your points will be deposited in time. However, keep us updated.

We only deposit on scheduled deposit dates in the middle and end of the month. Since you only requested your deposit on the second, it is too early to receive that deposit.

Wow, now I get a popup message telling me an update is available and I should download it (mind you, this was the same message I received when I first came home and turned on my Xbox).

And when I click to download the update, a message appears telling me that there is a problem with my connection and that it cannot download the update.

I don't know if this matters, but I'm on a Black/Slim Xbox.

The message i received and reported has a Spanish word in it that is offensive towards homosexuals. Xbox has done nothing about it, the player is still messaging me

What i am trying to purchase is xbox live membership, one of the payment options is mobile phone payment, i am suposed to receive a confirmation code via sms to my number so that i can confirm it is realy me trying to buy it, they tell me that the message
has been sent however i never received anything.
