I am outraged that I don't receive any reward points

Discus and support I am outraged that I don't receive any reward points in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I am unable to receive any reward points when I have signed up in 2014.     I am unable to receive any reward points when I have signed up in 2014. I have recieved no points for any of the purchases I only have 250 points.. Please can you help me find out why!

    Hello!

    I need a little help from the staff of Xbox. I start at the program "Xbox Rewards" last month.

    However, in April I bought somes games and I did a pre-order of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3.

    You guys say when someone does a pre-order they get 15000 points. My account don't even get any points of any games I bought and the pre-order.

    How can you guys can fix it? I have the e-mails of the games I bought, if needed.

    I will wait for your help as soon as possible.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Hi BatMaster! Credits for the controller are pending in your account! For the console, it takes 15 days after shipping before Credits are awarded. Hang tight for those!
