    Is your Xbox connected via WiFi or ethernet?

    I don't recognize those DNS IP addresses, guessing they are from your ISP. Try setting the DNS to Manual and using 2 of these 3 (first two are from Google):

    8.8.8.8

    8.8.4.4

    1.1.1.1

    I don't know if 1.1.1.1 will work everywhere as it's new and relies on CloudFlare servers IIRC.
