I DON'T KNOW IF ANY OF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS, BUT I AM SO SO SOOOOOOO TIRED OF BEING RANDOMLY BANNED WHEN I HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I AM FED UP!!! WHY AM I HAVING TO DO A WEEK SUSPENSION ON MY ACCOUNT WHEN I HAVEN'T DONE
ANYTHING?!?!? I DON'T PLAY MY XBOX ALLL WEEK BUT THE ONE DAY I DECIDE TO PLAY I GET A 7 WEEK COMMUNICATION BAN ON MY ACCOUNT. I LITERALLY PLAYED FOR TWO AND A HALF HOURS AND I WAS STREAMING ON MIXER AS WELL SO IF YOU WANT PROOF THAT I WAS SOME HOW COMMITTING
THIS INAPPROPRIATE COMMUNICATION BEHAVIOR PLEASE SHOW ME. BECAUSE I AM TIRED OF THIS ENFORCEMENT TEAM STOP USING BAN BOTS START REQUIRING PROOF, LOOK AT YOUR FORUMS, AND LET PEOPLE GET THEIR ACCOUNTS BACK. IT IS UTTER

I am not a bot. I posted information on what you need to do to file a case review to possibly get the ban lifted. Also, we have people all the time telling us how bad Sony support is so it is not going to be a lot different anywhere you go. Simple,
don't break the rules and you don't get banned. Maybe reading the ToU/CoC would be a great start.

The Ambassador certainly isn't a bot. The only place you get any information is at the site that was linked in the other Ambassadors post. Nobody on the forums or in Support can help with Enforcement issues as nobody other than the Enforcement team can
deal with them. Also the Enforcement team do not read the forums. I am sorry you feel this way but other than expalining how to file a case review, there is nothing we can do.

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

You should really check out the Sony/Playstation forums. You will find the exact complaints there as well. There CoC/ToU is very similar to the ones that Xbox has.

Unfortunately the Enforcement team does not monitor these forums, so you will need to follow the link provided by Parity and submit a case review for an explanation. There isn't anyone on the forums that can do anything regarding how you feel about the Enforcement
team's decision or how the
Xbox Live Code of conduct is enforced to keep Xbox Live friendly for everyone. Also, please refrain from posting in all caps going forward. We will be locking this thread since there is nothing else left to discuss in a productive manner. Please review
