    Hello Gail, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your billing.

    It sounds like someone has gotten your billing info for their account. I'm afraid that a Microsoft Advocate wouldn't be able to help with this if you do not have access to the account or the account does not belong to you.

    What I would recommend from here would be to contact your bank/credit card company and dispute the charges from that end.

    update : after going to the sites i get stuck when it tells me to enter the code sent to my email...the email they have is some random one. and when i try change it to my email it says this is already set up to my account !!! wtf!!

    is there a phone number i can call for aus?

    When did you turn off Auto Renew and how many times have you been charged since you turned it off? If it is just once then it could just be the final charge for the last month of Gold your account recieved. You can check your billing here -

    Make sure to log in with the same detail as you xbox account log in details.

    If you cant see anything there that explains the charge then I would advise contacting support directly and have them look into your billing for you.
