I am not satisfied with how the report tool works

ok, so, here is the thing. I got reported by a guy that teamkilled me. After He killed me, I called him an as*hole. That was enough to get me banned. Now the guy kept messaging me, harrassing me because I got banned, acting all high and mighty because I
can't answer him, I bet that if I were to answer he would report me again...

Now here is the thing... I reported all of his messages, but he is still not banned or suspended. I don't get it. I would love to know why is there such a difference. I don't mind if the guy is a snowflake, i just want justice please, it is annoying.

Plus I am facing another problem, the zone where I live is not up north, I play on south-america and just because of my nationality(I'm Argentinian) I suffer from racism from my brazilian neighbours, i have reported them for throwing but nothing happens
as it always seems to fall on deaf ears. U could tell me to block them, but I still run into them in game. i don't report them multiple times as it would be a missuse of the report tool, but I can't stand it anymoree. Please I am just another player in need
of help, i truly enjoy playing but somethings I am tired of standing up against. i can give you the gamertags of those that misstreated me as wwell as the guy that keeps harrassing me.

UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS ON MY XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT

file a complaint against the offending messages. Also, it is against forum rules to name and shame other players on the forums, regardless of what they have done.

Yes, i know how it works, I have taken all the necesary steps but here I am, waiting for something to happen. That is what I want, for that guy to get what is coming to him.

Well to be fair, OK Fowl can't solve your problem because this is just a forum..

We can't ban any people here etc.

All you can do is report them as you did, and block communications with them. As long as you report them, the enforcement team will investigate. Investigations can take time so suspensions are not always issued immediately. Just because they haven't been
suspended yet, doesn't mean they won't be.

On a sidenote: I sent one message with the word a**hole and that got me banned the next day, like, 2 hours after i sent it and then i got suspended.

This guy sent three separate messages...

I'll follow your tip and just block him... But still, even the racist dudes that throw games, that is painfull...
