I am not receiving the password reset e-mail (Minecraft)

Unfortunately, there is only one way to recover an email account and that is through the Microsoft account recovery form and if it fails after repeated attempts (up to 2 times a day), the account is effectively lost. There is no way to recover an account in any other way. The form only applies if 2-factor authentication has been enabled and you have successfully logged into the account within the last one-year period.

received an e-mail at midnight for account recovery and stuck on phase 1, i don't have the password reset e-mail, instead i have a different e-mail that essentially a points transfer that i had no knowledge about till i received the e-mail this morning,
i called customer support and they are adamant they sent it to me, when was this e-mail sent as i have that points transfer from half 8 in the morning

What you described sounds more like a phishing attempt than a valid password reset e-mail notification from XBOX. However if the password reset notification e-mail you received took you to a location that simply asked you to select a new password -- you
may have had your account access 'reset' by someone who knows who you are (has your info) and submitted a WLID account recovery request. At that time you are sent an e-mail and the link provided, with the assumption the receipient is the owner of the e-mail
address the message was being sent to, simply asks you to select a new password. If it was intercepted and already used, the link would not work.

It should give you the E-mail for the parental account. Take that e-mail and go to account.love.com and then select "Can't access your account?", then select "I forgot my password" and under that "Reset password" type in the E-mail, do the character verification
and then try using all the options to reset your password for the Parental account.

Hey. Is there a way to retrieve an minecraft/microsoft account e-mail or password?. Because i know which account it is but my e-mail and password is maybe changed. I don't know for sure but i really want it back!
