    I am not receiving my rewards from purchases made from my Xbox.


    I have been an Xbox Rewards member since 2014 and I have made a lot of purchases from my xbox with the same gamertag. None of these purchases are being recorded in my Xbox Live Rewards!

    Xbox live rewards Help

    I've been a member of the program since its release and it came to my attention yesterday that I'm not receiving my rewards for the purchases made from the online store. The only rewards I've received were for the monthly surveys renewing xbox box live within
    the first year and playing featured games. I have made many purchases and haven't received my rewards for them.

    Not receiving anything

    I've not received any credits on my xbox rewards since 14/08/14 I've made numerous purchases from the game store since the said date, renewed my 12 month xbox gold subscription and still nothing shows up even as pending. I'm not receiving any rebate on purchases

    Hello Zbbud,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default
    rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    As stated in the FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your game’s shipping date.

    Since it has not yet been 15 days past release, it is too early to see Credits from purchases made from MicrosoftStore.com. Keep in mind that purchases made from the Xbox store are not eligible for this MicrosoftStore.com offer.

    From the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

    Since one of your Warframe purchases was only made yesterday, we have not received that purchase. It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new purchase information.
