I am not receiving any verification codes in my email.

I have the same problem. I had bought in game items before via mobile. But now its asking for a verification code which was sent to my mobile which i never received. And there is no option to receive the verification code on any email. Its not the mobile
operators problem too. Please fix it and help me out here

Of you are not receiving the verification code on the mail, be sure you are writing the correct email address to receive the code, this code will only be received if you write the email that is covered if it's written correctly

Thank you for the response, I mostly only noted the two emails as means to explain that I am still able to receive the verification email, but for only one account, when I need it sent to the other account, and it's only when I try to sign in on the app store and Xbox apps that it requires me to use a verification code.

I can log in just fine elsewhere, like xbox.com and my console, just not the app store/ Xbox companion app on PC (because I'm not getting the verification that isn't going to my email)

I have a similiar problem. My code was accepted, but I was unable to use it. It only says: Code was accepted, but I cannot proceed. And I did not receive a verification email.
