Discus and support I am not receiving any Rewards for digital or store purchases in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; It has been several months now and I have purchased multiple digital titles as well as physical games from the Microsoft store and I have not received...     I am not receiving any Rewards for digital or store purchases


    It has been several months now and I have purchased multiple digital titles as well as physical games from the Microsoft store and I have not received any rewards credits to my account. Can someone please look into this for me?

    No reward points

    hi, I have been a member since 2015. I have made numerous purchases via digital store. I have not receiving any rewards from these purchases. Please can i be notified on how to receive rewards as I believe I am not doing anything wrong.

    Not Receiving Rewards For Purchases

    Hello,

    I have not been receiving rewards for any purchases I have made through the xbox store. This appears to be for the lifetime of my account. Can someone help?

    I am not receiving any Rewards for digital or store purchases

    In order for support to check into your account, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you
    need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Disc purchases are only eligible for credits if there is a specific offer for them. There has only been one offer since January and that was for Ghost Recon in March.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    OK ... but for what concerns the purchase of:
    - Pass the seasonal call of duty Black Ops 3 performed Sunday, 06 / March / 2016
    and
    - Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare - Digital Deluxe made on Saturday 29 / Oct / 2016
    When will I receive the rewards points ....? I knew that purchases in the store were rewarded with rewards points

    No 10$ Microsoft credit for borderlands handsome collection pre order

    The $10 credit was an offer from microsoftstore.com if you are not a Rewards member. So you would need to contact customer service for the Microsoft Store if that is the case. If you are a Rewards member you would have received 15,000 credits if you purchased
    from microsoftstore.com. If you purchased the game digitally, you would not have been eligible for the rewards.

    Hi BatMaster! Credits for the controller are pending in your account! For the console, it takes 15 days after shipping before Credits are awarded. Hang tight for those!
