I am not receiving any rewards credits on my last few purchases

Regarding your purchase in August of Conan Exiles, that was a part of the Summer Spotlight offer. You cannot receive Credits for both an offer and for MyVIP, so that purchase went towards that offer. Since you did not complete that offer, you did not get
offer completion Credits. From the FAQ:

What type of Rewards can I earn?



In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or by getting a % back with a MyVIP Star Rank.

• To see current missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?



The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms. Be sure to keep an eye
on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

Since it is not yet the 15th, we have not yet calculated and placed the Credits from last month into your account.

Since your purchase last month was beneath the $5 amount by a few cents, it did not complete the offer automatically. This was an error that we have corrected, and you should see completion of that event shortly. Regarding your purchase a few days ago, from

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Since it has not yet been 96 hours, it is too early to see Credits for that purchase.

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process purchases. This was mentioned in the FAQ for this offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Since your last purchases were made on March 31st, we have not yet processed those purchases.

Since the program is tied to your account, it recognizes actions you do on either console. There's nothing special you have to do when you upgrade to a One to receive credits.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need to have at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

I have been using my xbox one for a few year and am SURE I would have received some reward points over this time from games played, and purchased from the store,

I am just wondering if it is possible to have the points back dated so I receive them ??

Theres no credits for regular purchases? If thats the case then I am mistaken, because I thought you receive credit even from passive purchases (much like Sony Rewards).
