I am not getting verification code Email for password reset

I created a new Microsoft account for my Xbox.

I have enabled two-step verification.

I have both my 2fa device and email with me.

I forgot the initial password that I had set and used the reset password to reset my password. I had to do to this multiple times in a day as each time I kept forgetting to save the auto generated password.

Even the last time I forgot to save my password. Now when I enter my email to get the password verification code, I don't get the code.

I even successfully filled the account recovery form, but I got an email saying "Because you've turned on two-step verification for your account, we ignore these requests but wanted to let you know"

I don't know what to do, I have the Xbox Ultimate subscription and dying to play games on xbox but can't login. Whenever I try support option, it never lets me contact an agent making an endless loop.

Can't I never get back into my account again? Feeling very sad since I was very excited to play on my new xbox and also worried that I can't access a subscription despite having all the info with me and maybe can keep getting charged again and again.

Hello again, if you managed to reset your password is because you have access to the account, ente wait 72 hours before making a retry sometimes it may have been blocked by security by multiple attempts.

Another option would be to try to access the account through Microsoft authenticator, which is another form of account validation.

Hello Randomddude, by your description you have not added an email or security phone to your account to receive the verification codes so you are not receiving the code.

Unfortunately if you have activated 2FA Microsoft cannot recover your account, so you are receiving this automatic message from the system after filling out the form.

I have. I reset the password multiple times successfully after getting the code. But not getting it again for some reason.

I get enter your email, ***.icloud.com to get a code after enter 2fa code. But after resetting it multiple times, I'm no longer getting an email with a code. I have no clue why.

if know that email to the account and you don't have security info on the account the only way you could get back into your account would be to send the verification code you will need to reset your password to the email linked to your account and reset your password that way.

But the thing is when i go to sign into the account i put the email in and the password, it then sends a verification code to the email but i cant get the code because the email doesnt exist
