    I am not getting the $1 for 3 months for the Ultimate Game Pass


    I am new to the Xbox. I was lucky enough to get the Xbox Series S, and this is my first time using an Xbox. I signed up for the Game Pass Ultimate Subscription, and I thought I got the first three months for $1. I got the first month for $1, but it charged
    me full price for this month. When I tried to contact someone from help support, it will not let me due to my subject matter. That seems a little unfair that a question about a charge I am unable to chat with anyone. Can someone give me some advice on what
    to do? I feel a bit cheated, and I hope that being new to the X box, they would want to keep me as a customer. Thank you, and I hope your new year is going well.

    A Game Pass PC code can be added to an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

    It would add more time to your Game Pass Ultimate, depending on the conversion ratio.

    Example:

    - 1 month of PC Game Pass gives you 20 days of Ultimate 3 months of Pc Game Pass gives you 60 days of Ultimate (will give you 1 more month).

    - 3 months of Pc Game Pass gives you 60 days of Ultimate (will give you 1 more month)

    Yes. And add the time of ultimate. 1 year Live + 1 month ultimate equals 13 months ultimate. And so on... The same thing is with the game pass. Example: 1 year Live + 3 months game pass+ 1 month ultimate is 16 months ultimate.

    It means that the time you got left on those suscriptions will be automatically converted to Ultimate Areeb.

    Here is the convertion ratio:

    1 month of Gold = 20 days of Ultimate

    3 months of Gold 50 = days of Ultimate (1+ month)

    6 months of Gold 79 = days of Ultimate (2+ months)

    12 months of Gold 4= months of Ultimate

    24 months of Gold 8= months of Ultimate

    1 month of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 20 days of Ultimate

    3 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 2 months of Ultimate

    6 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 4 months of Ultimate

    12 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 5 months of Ultimate

    24 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 10 months of Ultimate

    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate did not give me an option to purchase 3 months.

    I just purchased the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate today and it is the first time I have purchased the Ultimate edition. On the first page of the Game Pass site it said 'Get 3 Months of Game Pass Ultimate for £1!' however when I signed in it only gave
    me the option to purchase 1 month. I have contacted support but they have not been any help at all. I feel scammed. Is there any way I can get the subscription for 3 months? Help.
