    I am not getting points for playing an installed game on my console. This started 3 days ago. I get the other points (for jewel, PC game, etc.), I've powered down the XBox several times and it still doesn't help. On my phone xbox app, I can see all the others points. When I do my profile check on the console (Xbox One S) all I get is the spinning wheel and above the "Rewards" is beta in the same box. I have Ultimate.

    Just an update on my situation.

    Today I formatted the hard drive in my console and then updated (re-installed) the dashboard (operating system). I first moved all of my "stuff" to another drive, then formatted the console drive, then downloaded and installed the dashboard. I am currently
    playing another game to see if I get this or a similar error message. I don't plan on downloading or playing Call of Juarez: Gunslinger until I have finished the game that I am currently playing.

    I am having the same problem. i have game disc tried installed and not installed, have the download content saved to hard drive. i am getting fed up with this and at this point just want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    It can take a few days to show up. But you can contact them from the bottom of the page and let them know theres a bug.

    It's good you have screen shots as they will ask for them as proof you have completed it đź‘Ť
