I am not getting notifications even though I have everything turned on. What do I do?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

"Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps."

Thanks for answering but it’s not on Xbox console I ment on IOS cuz I side App and I all ready check if everything was turn on for Notifications and everything Is but am still not getting anything I tried looking for videos to see what’s I can do but notting
coming up only for Xbox consoles

Oooo, I don't have an iOS device to use as reference, but other than making sure Notifications are allowed and turned on at the iOS system level, in the App, under Settings (at least on Android) there is a seperate Notifications tab which has options for
WHAT to recieve notifications for, so you'll want to check if those are on (if that settings tab is there).

Sadly, outside of that, not sure what else to troubleshoot.

Well first you are never notified about any results of any reports you filed so you can't know if he was suspended or not

Second all concerns with enforcement has to be taken up with enforcement.xbox.com

And in situations like that is.best not.to.respond

It.doesn't matter who starts the fight if you break the rules .you also get punished if reported

Block and report it's.all you are allowed to.do

When a person replies enjoy your ban that doesn't mean he knows

When a troll baits you to respond and reported the said msg and you fell for it thats what he is saying

The code applies to everyone

A Wiseman once said don't feed the trolls.after midnight

Though generally it's.never a good.idea to.feed them at anytime
