    I have recently bought minecraft and when I did so, I accidently bought it on a microsoft account that I no longer used. That account was the one I used when I used to own an xbox which I no longer do. Since I accidently bought Minecraft on that account, I decided to update that account so that I can use it once more. I found out that I could replace the email adress used to get into that microsoft account so I did. I changed it to my secondary email account. All was well until recently I have changed pc and it asked me to insert an email adress to send a code to, no problem I thought that it was my main email but I didnt get a code. I didnt worry too much cause sometimes codes dont come right away, I waited a couple more days and still no code. I thought maybe it was the original email adress but I can no longer access that email account cause I deleted it not thinking that I would need it anymore. Now I even tried to add my phone number but it has given me a 30 day thing where I cant change any security details. I really need help. All of this just to play Minecraft but I really need help.

    I am sure it is on this email. I purchased a minecraft java code and used it on minecraft.net logged in my microsoft account.

    No. I am able to sign into my Xbox live account using the log in info. But the email itself has expired/been deleted a long time ago so I can’t log into the email itself. So when I want to access/change my account info and it asks me to log into my email and find the verification code, I am unable to do so. Again, I know all the info for the old expired email, I just can’t log into for the verification codes because it’s expired

    Hi,

    As I stated in the question, I am not logged into this email and therefore cannot access any emails on it. I do have access to the email with the verification code which I used to migrate my account but this does not list the email I migrated to. Is there any way I can contact someone from Microsoft to get my account back? I have plenty of information to prove I own the account (Transaction ID from when I bought Minecraft, my password for the Mojang and Microsoft account, email for the Mojang account etc)

      My account is not "lost". I can log into it on Xbox live and on the forum. (i posted this question from "account 2". I however cannot log into it on the Microsoft page, because it logs me into account 1, using account 2's email.
    • If I use email 1 or 2 on Microsoft page, it logs me into account 1.
    • account 1 email logs me into account 1 on xbox
    • account 2 email logs me into account 2 on xbox
    • I don't want account 2. but i want to use email 2 for account 1. for everything.
    • Email 2 is not listed as an alias on account 1. but that's the email my verification code goes to from account 1 and 2.
    • Anytime I use a code for account 1 or 2 it just logs me into account 1 on Microsoft.
    • Even while on this forum for account 2, I click "my Microsoft account" and it take me to account 1.

    Can't log into minecraft

    Hey, I can't log into minecraft after migrating my account to outlook.

    My issue is that when I was migrating, apparently I had a Microsoft account that shared the name and tag ofmy gmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy *** for outlook) , and I was able to migrate it that way, but now I can't log in using that email anymore, and it's telling me to use my outlook account, even though I am.

    Is there a fix to this, or am I screwed?
