    I am not allowed to buy/download EKCH Copenhagen airport in flight simulator! Why?

    I tried 2 weeks ago, but the the internet connection was interrupted, or reset twice, so now I feel kind of blacklisted! Very strange.

    you say "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\FlightSimulator "

    however, in my install, there is no "FlightSimulator" in the "Local" subdirectory.

    Why wouldn't it install to the same directory as yours?

    Oh wow, Okay. I figured it out. My PCs region was changed to New Zealand somehow. So that's why it was screwed up on the game and not xbox one. This is also why my game on PC couldn't verify that I am who I am I am guessing so it wouldn't allow me to download
    the DLC on PC and why it did allow me to download it on Xbox One.

    Why my region changed. Literally not a clue.

    I'm sorry to hear your refund request was denied. If you haven't replied to the email you received from the Refund Team yet to appeal their decision and explain yourself better as to why you wanted your subscription refunded I highly recommend replying to their email so your refund request will be re-opened, and hopefully, they'll give you consideration based on your reasons.

We do not work for Microsoft and have no access to any user account so there is nothing we can do or check from within the forum.     Anyone has problem re-downloading Game With Gold (Lococycle) ?

    Thank you to all who have responded. I finally managed to download it after changing my region to US. After downloading it and switching my region back to Singapore. I am able to run it under the singapore region. I am not sure why is there a need for
    region as User can easily switch it. This will allow them to buy and download game not available in their region. And also to buy from the cheapest region when there is a sale. Any legal issue here ? Or will Microsoft ban those users doing it.
