I cannot access the email as I don't have it but I know the email address but I can't reset the password as everything like the email and the phone number is outdated

Unfortunately, there is no way of playing the said game without access to the associated XBL account.

If you remember the email to the account, have you tried resetting the password? You should have a linked secondary email or phone number when you signed up for the account (only if you did). It will send a code to the email/phone number in order to reset
the password.

Code is not sent to both. You have to select the method to receive the code, and if you select secondary email, it will first ask you to enter your secondary email to confirm, then send code.

The email I received after doing recovery was confirmed. It worked just fine; however, when it asks for my email so that I can reset the password it says it no longer exists. If I were to go and rest my password directly, It would recognize my email and asks for my password. I no not have access to my phone number or email no longer, so I had to recover the account.
