    I am not able to redeem a code I received that HAS NOT expired


    A little over a month ago, I pre-ordered Battlefield 1. Shortly after doing so, I received a message from Xbox Live granting me a code for one month of EA Access. I forgot about this, until today. The code is to be redeemed by today so I rushed to attempt
    to do so. It would not let me. I tried multiple times over the course of about 2 hours before contacting Xbox Support. I spoke with Portia S about the issue, and she stated that the code appeared to be active on her end. I attempted to enter the code through
    Xbox Store, EA Access app, and about 2 other Xbox.com service pages. However, despite efforts, I got the same message: "Something went wrong." Portia then advised me to post onto here, saying that I would get a response within 24 hours. She stated that if
    that didn't work, I could be provided a replacement code instead.

    Fallout 3 CODE

    I purchased fallout 4 a while back but i was never able to redeem the fallout 3 code i received and it is now gone. Is there a way that i can get that code again so that i'm able to redeem it?

    I received a code to redeem Fallout 3, after having purchased Fallout 4. It looks like it has been 30 days since I have received that message, as I am no longer able to see it. Is there any way possible to obtain that original code? Thanks.

    Hey there,

    EA Access codes for Battlefield 1 expired on 11/3 GMT. Depending on your time-zone, that could have had an effect. Due to the codes now being expired, we are unable to assist further. Please be sure to redeem the codes as soon as they arrive to avoid running
    into expiration dates such as this. Sincere apologies for any frustration this may have caused.

    Getting message code cannot be found

    I always redeem the codes through the website,and then input the code it gives me into the console. I am now receiving a message on my console that the code has been redeemed,but I never got the vbucks. I have never had this happen before.

    I apologize but once a code has been redeemed, it can no longer be undone.

    The redeemed code is linked to the Microsoft account where the code was redeemed, were you able to redeem the code under his account or your account?

    Once redeemed you will be able to see the code from there as well and/or receive the email where the code is for you to redeem.
