    I am not able to log into the xbox app on my pc.


    I cannot sign into my xbox app. When i try to a black box pops up in the middle of my screen for half a second flashes a few times then disappears. Since i am not signed into the app i am not able to play forza horizon 4 like i would like to. I tried signing in online but still nothing happened.

    Press the Windows Button then type Services.

    Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.

    Then select Run as Administrator

    Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

    IP Helper

    Xbox Live Auth Manager,

    Xbox Live Game Save,

    Xbox Live Networking Service,

    Gaming Services.

    Do this with each of the services listed above.

    Right-click over the service and select Properties.

    Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.

    If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

    Click Apply and OK to save changes.

    Then try log in again.

    If the problem persists

    Open File Explorer.

    Navigate to the following:

    C:\Users\[your profile]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker

    Delete the Accounts and Cache folders.

    and try again, please.

    Xbox App freezes after launch on Windows 11

    Yes I have done those steps many times for all related apps.

    It definitely has something to do with my profile. I created a new PC profile and log into that and the app works just fine. As soon as I log into my original xbox account the app freezes up. If I kill the app and am able to log out before the app freezes, then the app doesn't freeze. I can use it fine. As soon as I log in again the app freezes.

    I just followed the advice to log out of my Windows 10 XBox app. Then restarted my pc (for good measure).

    When I started the XBox app again, I was able to join a second club. Might have been a weird glitch with the XBox app on my PC.

    Try it for yourself - maybe you'll be as lucky as I was.
