I am not able to log in to Minecraft Education Edition despite of having the commercial license

We understand that you are unable to login to Minecraft Education Edition (MEE) even though you have commercial license for it.

I've consulted my colleagues on this issue of yours and you're actually going to get more help contacting your school's IT department. Primary support for MEE is actually provided by your school's IT department or whoever manages the MEE account.

However, according to the How to Get Support – Minecraft: Education Edition Support guide, if they are unable to help your other options are as follows:

1) Post in support forums using the following link: https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/community/topics/360001721951-I-have-a-technical-problem

2) Submit a Support Request using the steps from the photo below:





The options present above should give you more specific help on the issue yours.

Check permissions: Make sure you have the administrator permissions required to purchase a license. Only IT administrators or users with the appropriate permissions can make purchases in the Admin Center.

Search for Minecraft Education: Search for “Minecraft Education” using the search bar in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. This can sometimes help locate the specific section where the license is purchased

To cancel your previous subscription associated with your work account, you need to sign in to your Microsoft 365 account admin center page. Please note that only IT Admins have access to Admin Center so you'll need to reach out to your IT Admin for assistance with license management. I understand you need help on playing Minecraft education.

Just a heads up that one of the requirements for you to get the license for Minecraft education is to have a Microsoft 365. School account is only available when you are provided with one from either a camp or a school so you can play the Minecraft education game, that only happens when they have the license for it already.

You cannot get the license for the game without Microsoft 365 unfortunately.
