    I am not able to complete sign in process on Xbox.com. It works fine on Microsoft.


    After I enter all of my credentials to sign into the Xbox account it seems to work fine, but it never completes the sign in process. The top still shows Sign In and not my account name. If I click on it again it goes through the same log in process and will not actually log in. If I log into Microsoft that works just fine. I have tried logging in with an older account and that works just the new one I created will not complete the log in.

    If you are using a web browser on your PC, try using a different web browser, or try clearing the browser's cache, and cookies in the settings. Usually things like that can fix the issue.

    Having same problem - Age of Empires works fine, other games work fine.

    I have internet access - in fact I am able to sign in on Xbox.com. However Microsoft Minesweeper, Sudoku, Pinball X2, or Jigsaw all give me the "Can't sign in, please try to sign in xbox.com and restart the application." message. This just started happening
    in the past week or so. No errors or other message noted in the event viewer.

    This is only happening on my Surface 3.

    As mentioned before I am trying to log in to Xbox.com owned by Microsoft. Currently it does not seem like this problem is occurring in different Microsoft sites, with me being able to sign in here.
