Discus and support I am not able to claim my points through the Xbox App in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am experiencing a persistent issue with claiming my rewards on the mobile app and the windows app. Every time I try to do so, I get a “Try again...     I am not able to claim my points through the Xbox App


    I am experiencing a persistent issue with claiming my rewards on the mobile app and the windows app. Every time I try to do so, I get a “Try again later” message. I have followed the troubleshooting steps of closing, clearing data and reinstalling the app, both regular and beta versions, but the problem remains unsolved. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
