    im not sure where to put this problem and i am desperatley hoping people can help. i bought xbox 360 kinect last year..it is set up and i have played games etc, everthing is fine it is connected to my tv. but what else can i do with my xbox? can i make it
    wireless.. i have some films on laptop could i play them via the xbox onto the tv...please help..i dont know what to do it with it..

    you need a gold membership to play online multi player you are on a silver account.

    Be also aware that this moring there were some issues with xbox live services, now fixed, that may have caused your issue. If problem persist instead, then revert to previous suggestions.

    From what i see up there looks like you called in to add a prepaided card for 3 months.

    .

    When you called in the agent told you there was an account cancellation?

    .

    What cuased the cancellation? did you turn off your subscription yourself?

    .

    Its possible that your old card declined charges for a subscription and that balance was remaining on the account waiting to be paid off. Thats where these fees may have came from.

    .

    I would call in and verify this if your unsure.

    Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation
    loading screen when you power it back up.
