I am missing the deposited points on my Microsoft account balance.

On my Xbox rewards dashboard it claims it deposited 60,000 rewards to my Microsoft account balance, howerver I never recievced the currency.

Balance wasn't deposited

my pending balance of 54,900 points wasn't deposited on the 15th and the request button is missing, can you please send my points through to my account for use?

Missing Microsoft Points From Summer Of Arcade Promotion

I am Missing Microsoft Points from the Summer Of Arcade Promotion. I purchased: Wreckateer, Deadlight, Hybrid. I have not received the 400 Microsoft Points so am wondering what the status is on that and when will I have them deposited into my account?

have you checked Sign in to your Microsoft account in your returns? That is where deposits will show.

it shows it there but after that nothing. And it doesn't show it in the balance.

Promotional Credits take priority over other funds in your Microsoft Account. Since you made a purchase on the 12th this month using your Microsoft Account as the payment method, you spent these funds already. Since the funds in your account did not fully

Xbox/Microsoft currency redeemed from the rewards program are automatically deposited into the accounts balance. They do not provide a separate code. Check the account balance of the account that redeemed the rewards points.

Any rewards credits you had would be deposited into your Microsoft account balance as currency unless there is an issue depositing into your account. Then they would be added as Microsoft points. You'll want to check
http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if it shows any deposits. It would be listed in your refunds.
