    Hello,

    so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

    Freedom Rewards

    1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

    - Paladins 5hours = done

    - Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

    - Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

    1000 points missing

    Franken Rewards

    10000 points missing

    collect 5 Achievements from a Game

    Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

    collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

    Could you post back whether this is in regards to the Xbox Quest or the Game Pass Goals? That will let us know which spot to look. Additionally, November rewards will continue to be sent out throughout December. If you do not receive November rewards by
    12/31/2017, please post a new thread.

    Apologies for the delayed response here. We were able to determine you have already received October's Game Pass Goals and Xbox Quest rewards. Please take a look in your Xbox Live message inbox and look for a conversation with 'Xbox Live'. If you don't see those
    messages, let us know!

    As mentioned earlier, November Quest rewards are still going out in waves.

    The Golden Age is for six full months of Xbox Live Gold. Since it has only been five months since Gems were created in October, it is not possible to have completed this challenge. There is no offer that awards anything for just one month of Game Pass. We
    see that you have received multiple rewards for your purchases in the past few months. It sounds like you are unfamiliar with how our program works. As outlined in the FAQ:

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
    and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you were a zero star member, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases until last month. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
