I am missing reward credits for a promotion

You had a September promotion to pre order Gears of War 4 and receive reward credits. Well I pre ordered a few months ago so I would fall into the no man left behind part of the promotion and I pre ordered the gears 4 ultimate edition so I should get 10000
reward credits but I'm yet to receive them. Can you please add them to my account? Thanks.

Wild West Rewards Promotion

To whom it may concern,

I participated in the Wild West Rewards Promotion last month and have not received all of the credits for the various levels of the promotion. I completed all of the requirements of the promotion before it ended and it has been over
the 96 hours that is typical for rewards to show up. I have received credit (4,000 rewards credits) for completing level one of the promotion which was to spend $30 on qualifying games. I also have received credit (1,000 rewards credits) for completing level
2 of the promotion which was to spend $2 on qualifying avatar items. However, I have yet to receive credit for levels 3 and 4 of the promotion. Level 3 was to complete 5 achievements in in the game(s) purchased for 5,000 rewards credits. I completed 13 achievements
before the month ended in the two games that I bought (6 in Minecraft and 7 in Rise of the Tomb Raider). All 6 of the Minecraft achievements were completed on March 27th while the 7 Rise of the Tomb Raider achievements were completed on March 29th and 30th.
Level 4 was to have completed levels 1-3 and you would receive an additional 5,000 rewards credits. I have completed all of the necessary requirements for this promotion in the given time constraints and have yet to receive the rewards credits for these actions.
The missing credits total 10,000 which is equivalent to $10.00 so I would really appreciate any help resolving this issue. Thank you so much.

Missing 20,000 Xbox Live Rewards Credits

On November 24th 2016 (Order number 10963132466), I purchased/upgraded to the Xbox One S from Microsoftstore.com because There was an offer to receive 50,000 rewards credits for doing so. I checked my account today and only received 30,000 credits, missing
20,000 credits which is worth $20 in xbox credit

Thanks, XBLRewards3 for responding to my previous thread and sending me my missing credits. But you closed the thread before I asked a follow up. I appreciate that I am getting my missing money but Xbox Live Rewards is still saying I am not Gold. What will
happen when I get my Feb deposit in March? Is the issue resolve? How do I fix this issue? Xbox Live Rewards on Twitter said I need to cancel the 3 month promotional Gold. But how do I do that? Xbox Support said that is not impossible. How does added a 3 month
promotional Gold turn my entire Gold into a promotion? Also, I just bought a new 3 month that I added to my Gold, so how come it didn't change it back to non promotional?

Per the terms of that promotion, reward credits are not rewarded until 15 days after the title ships.

The credits should show as pending 15 days after the console shipped. If it's been over the 15 days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can look into it for you.

If you have credit from rewards or other promotions it shows up separately, as that credit expires, while credit you added yourself with money will never expire
