    I am missing my 3 month xbox live membership


    I bought a 3 month xbox live subscription through a promotion on Microsoft In January . I was supposed to receive a token on March 15th that included an additional 3 months of xbox live. I have not received anything yet and The Microsoft support team sent
    me here to post my issue and that I would be contacted through the Sales and Promotion team with my code for the 3 months of xbox live.

    Not recognizing I had Xbox Live Gold in Jan 2018

    Good Morning, today I got my Xbox Refund Deposit for Jan from Xbox Live Rewards. Unfortunately, I did get the 10% bonus for being a Xbox Live Gold member even though I am a Xbox Live Gold member. I just got 5%. I am not sure if there was a glitch. In mid Jan,
    I bought 3 month Gold member due to the offer buy 3 months and get an additional 3 months for free. However, that only extended my membership. I was already a Xbox Live Gold member. I am wondering if the system thought it was a new membership so didn't count
    Jan. Not sure. Either way, I need to figure out how to get my missing deposit for Jan. Thanks.

    No I kind of agree. I paid $24.99 for a 3 month xbox live gold membership, I played it for a month and a half, and didn't play for a while after that. 2 or 3 months later when I go to play online, its says my gold membership ran out. Its *** up that they
    charge you when you're not even using your xbox. I payed for 3 months of gold, only used 1 and a half, and even when I wasn't playing they were taking time off my membership. They should only charge and deduct your membership when you are playing. I bought
    3 months of gold membership, I deserve 3 months of gold membership. So time of the xbox gold membership should only be taken off when you're logged in.

    You can actually stack memberships.

    For example if I was to add

    3 Months Xbox Live

    3 Months Xbox Live

    and I added these on the same day they would actually tot up to 6 months.

    None of my xbl-time was spend in silver status and my xbl-renewal history shows exactly 9 years of membership.
