i am looking to buy a xbox controller since my main controller has stick drift but im not...

So i just read another forum of a similar question/problem and their controller had a drift that caused a fast scrolling option on there console and im thinking that could be the underlying cause of my issue as i know that my main controller has a drift with the r3 analog stick and it drifts towards the left. Thoughts?

I don’t really want to spend more than what my budget is currently if that’s good. I don’t want to get nothing crazy just something that performs well and the rest of the things that I said in the main message

get ones recently realeasedcontrollers are da best a bit pricey but meh if you going to buy an elite might as awell they have built in DAC fully user repairable hall effects built in LED lights and lcd screens for profile switching programmable keys adaptive triggers more then your standard buttons

hall effects and adaptive triggers are fun to use i sold all 3 of my regular including the anniversary controller after i got my stealth

recon you better double check the box to see if its the one with hall effects (abiet wired controller)

I think your controller has the problem called stick drifting the best way is to buy a new controller

ive had my X1 since launch and both my controllers are junk. they both have left thumb stick drift. one controllers drifts down and the other up and right. but if you look at my controllers both are centers by eye.

I ended up yesterday going and buying the new call of duty limited edition controller for 70.00. I love it but do HOPE they have learned and this controller does NOT get those issues. Controllers cost far to much to keep replacing
