I am locked out of my microsoft account with no option of recovery

I have been locked out my microsoft account for 2 days with no options to recover it. I entered the wrong password incorrectly 1 time and then requested a recovery code to my email. I received the code but unfortunatley when I entered it it did not work. The same happened when i entered the text message code. Now after I received the first recovery code to my email it will not send me any other recovery codes and the original code does not work. I attempted the text message options, and that also did not work.

The next step was the account recovery form. I filled out the complete form with all my info, my last emails, verified my xbox id and cc info. I received an email after sending the account recovery form that due to having 2 factor authentification on the recovery form could not be used and would be ignored. How am I able to verify my account and restore access? I have called microsoft support and was not able to speak to a live human and when I go through the trouble shooting menu it leads me to a dead end.

Unfortunately account recovery forms are the only ways to access an account that you no longer have access to.

You can submit this form up to 2 times per day, if they mention to you that due to the two-factor authentication they will not be able to help you, unfortunately it will be difficult to recover it.

You can keep trying to contact support in the next hours, please note that this is not a 24 hours service.

Im perplexed that not being able to recover your Microsoft account with being able to verify the account with email, phone number, xbox info, cc info would be acceptable. I have both my email and phone number connected to my microsoft account and the recovery system is failing to send the recovery codes even though its stating that the codes are being sent. I have tried to contact support via phone and chat and the questions and prompts simply tell me to go to the help menu on Microsoft. When I go to the help menu on microsoft it just tells me to recover the account using the recovery codes which are not being sent or the account recovery form which I completed in detail only to be told it will be ignored because I authorized 2 factor authentification. Its quite simply a system that isnt working and I need to be able to speak to a live human. If anyone could be of assistance I would appreciate it.

I need to not be locked out of my account as my son cannot use his xbox it was a xmas present he is not pleased.
