I am having troubles messaging on the Xbox Live website. My messages are just freaking out...

I am having trouble viewing my xbox messages pn the xbox website. The messages won't load at all now.

Have you ever figured this out? I am having the same freaking trouble and I am dang sure not going to waste $30 just to download a game that doesn't work. I've tried every freaking step. Downloaded it 4 times already, deleted all files associated with it,
called xbox twice. This is freaking ridiculous.

Bingo! Unplugged for 10 seconds, and now it works. Hope this isn't something that has to be done often. Thanks Cowgirl and Leonzo.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. If the controller(s) work well on a different device, the issue may be software based. The first and best solution is to

power cycle the console by holding down the power button for ten seconds. Also, is your console enrolled in the

Xbox Insider program? Be sure to let us know the results!

Sorry to hear about your issue. You said you restarted your console, but have you done a complete power cycle. Press and hold the power button on the console for 8-10 seconds or until it shuts off. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console.
When doing this I will usually unplug my router to reset my network at the same time (optional). Plug everything back in and restart.

If this does not work, you may need to do a soft factory reset, keeping your games and apps. You will need your account/password information to sign back in once your Xbox resets. Below is a link with instructions on how to perform a soft factory reset.
