    One day ago my xbox gold game pass just went off for me and most of my brothers, one my brothers still has it. That day the brothers friend that still has gold stooped game sharing. PLEASE HELP

    Hi so, I was trying to do the Xbox record that command thing when "Your parental restrictions are set" popped up on the screen. I was confused because I am the only person in my house that plays my Xbox. I went to my family settings and an account called
    "PlushCarton2938" was said to be a parent, but I'm the only person that plays on my Xbox so there shouldn't be any other accounts on it. And when I went to click on the family to change it, it said "You can't change Noah's settings". I don't know a Noah, I
    use Noah as a fake name online to keep my privacy, but it shouldn't be under the gamertag "PlushCarton2938" I don't know if I was hacked or something, but please help! Thank you.

    -Update- (It worked)

    I noticed in the set-up update stage it started to quicken up at around 40-50% then i felt it was going to work and it did! woohoo :D

    If you don't know the passcode or the security question, you'll need to contact phone support (support.xbox.com/contact-us) for help with this. You may need to prove ownership of the parent
    account and/or the console to be helped. Let me know if this helps, thanks!

    Profiles do not have access to Xbox Live

    Go to settings/accounts/remove accounts. Remove the profile that is having trouble accessing Live.

    The go to setting/account/family/add to family.
