I was told to post in Support, so here goes I have 15,000 credits that have yet to be transferred into money and been deposited into my account.

I am having trouble with my xbox

My xbox keeps saying network settings prevent chat with some people even when I'm the only one in my party. I think someone reported me and now I can't talk to anyone. I didn't say anything bad though. Please Help.

I am having trouble with my family settings.

One day ago my xbox gold game pass just went off for me and most of my brothers, one my brothers still has it. That day the brothers friend that still has gold stooped game sharing. PLEASE HELP

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event happened on April 17th, it will be a part of the mid-May deposit.

Oddly enough, I now see that I just got a deposit yesterday, the first in a long time. But my rewards dashboard still says there is trouble making a deposit.

Ok, thx for the Code.

So you use a Wireless Connection. Could you Log-In to your Router and check your W-Lan Options especially the Connection.

I Think your Console builds a Connection to XBL but it looses it.

Do you have a way to test this? Maybe with an LAN Cable or you move your Console to an Closer Area where your W-Lan Router is at.
