I am having trouble signing into my microsoft account on minecraft

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I understand that you have an existing Microsoft account logged in on your Playstation and you forgot what it is. However, according to Minecraft's policy, once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be associated with a different account.

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation accounts can only be re-linked to the original account. It cannot be unlinked without loss of access to entitlements and Minecoins on other platforms.

If you have a new account, what I would recommend is to create a new PSN account where you could link your new Minecraft account.

Indeed, the Minecraft website is no longer working. This is because Mojang, the company that develops Minecraft, was acquired by Microsoft in 2014. Since then, Microsoft has unified all Minecraft accounts into its own account platform.

To sign in to Minecraft, you must now use your Microsoft account. If you don't have a Microsoft account, you can create one on the Microsoft website.

Hello Georges, thank you for replying to my question. Yes I have Windows 11 version 21H2. I unfortunately can't download the Xbox companion app due to the problem of being unable to sign into a Microsoft account on my computer. I am able to sign into my Microsoft account on the Xbox and Microsoft website its just the apps I have trouble signing in to.

Restarted PC

Network Connection OK

Cleared Cache and Cookies on Internet Browser.

Tried Firefox. Signing on Microsoft Account. OK, Signed in Microsoft Store. Blank Screen, Clicked Search, no response.

Tried Edge. Unable to sign on, all I get is waiting response.

Tried Crome. Signing on Microsoft Account. OK. Microsoft Store, same trouble as Firefox.

Able to sign on to my Microsoft Account with my ANDROID mobile, Managed to download and install Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

The trouble seems to be with my PC.

I have no trouble with other websites.

Sign in to your free Microsoft account: In Minecraft, select Sign in with a Microsoft account. On a different device, open your web browser and go to the URL shown in Minecraft. Type the code shown in Minecraft and click Next
