I am having trouble downloading some content on the Xbox store.

Account region: i think its usa

Physical region: on a military base in japan

Internet Service Provider (ISP): motorola

Content you are trying to download: black ops dlc

I am trying to re-download the map packs for call of duty: black ops but it tells me that i cant download it after its 100% done.

I am living in japan on a military base. I have downloaded a map pack before for call of duty: black ops II.

I've already tried deleting my cache and switched time zones on my Xbox not online though.

Can someone help me figure this out please.

Cant download roblox!

Hey there!

im having some trouble with downloading Roblox...

for some reason it doesn't show up in the Xbox store, and when i tried buying at the xbox website it said: "purchase of this content is currently not allowed for child and teen accounts...

i am sure my account is not that...

This does seem like an issue. Try going through some troubleshooting and read some articles on the Xbox website to see if you can try fixing the problem. If these solutions don't work for you, try contacting Xbox support or chat with an Xbox Community Ambassador.

P.s Dlc works fine it is just games that have the issue. I got Witcher 2 up to 50% then it started saying cannot download again. >.<
