    You will likely have to call up support. They have to unlock your account by asking you things about it so they can access it, but they can at least try to get it. No one here has access to your account since we are just mostly volunteers.

    You will need to be able to at least answer the security question to access your old account information. The reason these safeguards are in place is to protect XBOX Live users from being compromised or personal information being acquired for fraudulant
    activities.
