    i am having problems updating call of duty and also downloading gta v with in the Microsoft store also it gets to checking dependincies and then i get the error code 0x80070005

    The error code 0x80070005 signifies an "access denied" error, meaning the system or user lacks the required permissions to perform the operation.

    First, please check if you have enough space in your hard drive. If you don't have space in your drive and you want to transfer your games, follow these steps:

    Press Start > type Storage Settings and open the Storage Settings > Click Advanced storage settings > Where new content is saved > Change the storage of the "New apps will save to:"

    Same problem here with far cry 4. Gta v works offline and that's a download for me. Just called support and Simon advised it's linked to issues with xbox store and check for an update in 30 mins. I should have stuck to discs.
