    I am having issues with Syncing Game data from cloud.


    me plays in PC having issues with Forza Horizon 5 Cloud syncing if i uninstall the game to play other games, it doesn't sync back i reinstall it.
    can someone please help me with this, i have terminated & repaired X-Box app from my PC , reinstalled game , reinstalled windows did everything but it seems to not being connecting to Cloud Services.

    I am getting the same issue with Dark Souls 2 Scholar of the First Sin, essentially the game works perfectly but the saved data cannot sync from the cloud storage. One thing that was recommended for me to do that I have seen on another thread here is to
    delete local saves and power cycle my Xbox, after doing both of these things I still cannot get my data to sync from the cloud and I have deleted it from local storage.

    Note:

    You must have a regular connection to Xbox Live to keep your data in sync. Playing offline may cause your cloud data to become out of sync. Your data updates each time you connect to Xbox Live.

    From all I can tell, I believe the problem is that my cloud data for Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is corrupted, and that's preventing me from syncing. Is there a way to erase my Cloud Copy, and then sync my local data back up to the cloud?
